Through this annual event, we are honoured to support Calgary Health Foundation, a community-based charity dedicated to elevating care, wellness, and research across our city. CHF finds opportunities to invest in excellence throughout the entire healthcare system, ensuring patients and families receive the advanced care they deserve.

Co-chairs
The Big Ball is honored to be guided by two exceptional community leaders whose passion for generosity is the very foundation of this event: Mr. Bill Brooks and Mrs. M. Ann McCaig.
Mr. Bill Brooks' legacy is extraordinary. What began as a fundraiser with a good friend, inspired by a personal loss, grew into the iconic Bill Brooks Prostate Cancer Benefit, raising nearly $10 million over 19 years. That incredible success and spirit of generosity transitioned into The Big Ball we know today.
Mrs. M. Ann McCaig's commitment to community, has made lasting contributions to Calgary, the province and Canada, particularly in post-secondary education and advocating for children and youth. As Ann points out, her family taught her: "if you wanted something, you did it yourself. You raised the funds and had fun doing it."
We are thrilled to celebrate the past, advance the present, and invest in the future of healthcare with Bill and Ann leading the way.
